1. Service Status
Gaitle has shut down. The public website, signup forms, checkout links, dashboard login, and new subscription access are no longer available.
These Terms remain available for historical records, support, and data-retention purposes while Gaitle winds down existing records.
2. Existing Records
Records created before shutdown may be retained as necessary to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, security, support, or dispute obligations. Gaitle is not accepting new customer accounts, subscriptions, or service requests.
3. Payments
Gaitle is not accepting new payments. If you believe you were charged after shutdown, contact support so the record can be reviewed.
